Esté is the Production Assistant for the Working Group II Technical Support Unit. Her role is to support the TSU in the management of activities associated with the production of the WGII sixth Assessment Report. She briefly worked in logistics before joining the IPCC.

Before this, she worked for a few National Government Departments in South Africa for several years. She is an experienced project and financial administrator.

Esté holds a Bachelor Honors degree in Psychology obtained from the Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa. She further obtained her Office Manager qualification from the Bremen Chamber of
Commerce in 2017.
