Shanghai, 22 January 2001 – Over 150 delegates from around 100 governments met in Shanghai, China from 17-20 January to consider the Working Group I contribution to the Third Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) “Climate Change 2001:The Scientific Basis”.
