Accra, 5 March 2001 – More than 140 delegates from 85 governments met in Accra, Ghana from 28 February–3 March 2001 to consider the Working Group III contribution to the Third Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) “Climate Change 2001: Mitigation”.
