Geneva, 10 November 2011 – In November, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) will convene two important sessions in Kampala, Uganda, namely the 1st Joint Session of Working Groups I and II (14-17 November 2011) and the 34th Session of the IPCC (18-19 November 2011).
