Geneva, 15 April 2013 – The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is pleased to announce that the government and expert review of the second order draft of the 2013 Revised Supplementary Methods and Good Practice Guidance Arising from the Kyoto Protocol (KP Supplement) including the first draft of its Overview Chapter will begin on 22 April 2013 and end on 2 June 2013.
