Nationals who require a visa to enter Peru must complete the visa application process prior to traveling. The visa application process should be initiated and completed between one month and 15 days before the intended date of travel. Please note that Peru does not issue “visas on arrival” or “electronic visas.”

(Please note, it is of utmost importance for those delegates who need to secure a visa to do so as soon as possible and before the deadlines, otherwise a visa could not be guaranteed).

This system is to facilitate the pre-registration of delegates through the IPCC government Focal Points and IPCC accredited Observer Organizations.
As IPCC Focal Point and/or IPCC Observer Organization you should pre-register delegates using your unique credentials. The deadline for pre-registration is Tuesday 21 October 2025 (midnight CEST) after which new registrations will not be possible.
