Dr Annela Anger-Kraavi is the Director of Operations of the IPCC Working Group III Technical Support Unit (WGIII TSU) for the IPCC Seventh Assessment Report cycle.

The Director of Operations is responsible for administrative, governance and procedural aspects of the WGIII TSU. She works under the guidance of and closely with the WGIII Co-Chairs and Bureau in shaping and guiding the organizational aspects of the WGIII work.

Annela has been working at the science–policy interface nearly 20 years. She has experience in preparing and leading international meetings, developing and managing small and large projects, and advising research organisations, governments and international organisations. She holds a PhD in Climate Change Economics and MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge.
