Rachel Ntabuhashe
Operations Support Officer
IPCC
Rachel Ntabuhashe serves as the Operations Support Officer for the Working Group III Technical Support Unit (TSU) and is based at the University of Luxembourg. In this role, she is in charge of supporting the Working Group’s operational needs.
Prior to joining the IPCC, Rachel worked at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA), where she supported EU development initiatives and contributed to the preparation of projects and programmes in partner countries. She also worked at Amnesty International, where she was part of the core team leading an international programme aimed at strengthening the organisation’s governance and operational model. Before that, she served as a financial auditor at PwC Luxembourg.
Rachel holds an Advanced Master of Science in Globalisation and Development from the University of Antwerp. She also holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in International Relations from KU Leuven.
