The IPCC Expert Meeting on the Methodologies, Metrics and Indicators for Assessing Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation was organized by the IPCC Working Group II from 3 to 5 March 2026 in Accra, Ghana, to support the IPCC Seventh Assessment Report cyle. The meeting focused on the developments in science, practice and policy around the methodologies, metrics and indicators for assessing climate change impacts and adaptation. This is the report of the meeting - its rationale, findings and recommendations for AR7 chapter teams and the authors of the Technical Guidelines for Assessing Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation.
