Ashleen Tan serves as a Science Officer with the IPCC Working Group II Technical Support Unit at the Singapore Management University. She supports the scientific coordination of the IPCC Special Report on Cities and Climate Change, working closely with authors and international experts throughout the assessment process. Her background is in climate adaptation and resilience, with experience in climate risk, vulnerability assessments and adaptation planning across coastal and urban systems in Asia-Pacific. Passionate about bridging science and practice, Ashleen is committed to making complex climate information accessible and relevant, supporting evidence-based decisions for more resilient communities and cities.
