The IPCC is administered in accordance with WMO and UN rules and procedures, including ethical principles as outlined in UN Ethics, WMO Ethics Function, WMO Staff Regulations and Retaliation. In addition, the IPCC Gender Action Team adapted the IPCC Code of Conduct to align it with the UN model Code of Conduct to be applied to meetings, events, and activities of the IPCC.
Staff in the Technical Support Units are governed by the rules of the hosting institutions.
