From 12 to 16 February 2018 the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), Working Group II organized the Second Lead Author Meeting in Quito, Ecuador, for the Special Report on the Ocean and Cryosphere in a Changing Climate (SROCC).
