The seminar will focus on IPCC Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) findings. The AR5 provides a clear and up to date view of the current state of scientific knowledge relevant to climate change. It comprises of three Working Group (WG) reports and a Synthesis Report (SYR). The SYR distils and integrates the findings of the three WG contributions to AR5. Written by over 800 scientists from up to 85 countries, AR5 tells policymakers what the scientific community knows about the scientific basis of climate change.
