During the 26th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (COP-26), the UK Met office hosted IPCC Vice Chair Ko Barrett, WMO Deputy Secretary Dr Elena Manaenkova, a representative of Fundación MERI (Agustina Lo Bianco) and a representative from the Met Office (Professor Penny Endersby). They discussed what women bring to climate science and how we can reach gender equality and increase diversity in science leadership.
