Noëmie is the Head of the Technical Support Unit of the Synthesis Report (SYR TSU). She is responsible for developing and directing activities of the SYR TSU as well as providing support to the IPCC Chair in the preparation and production of the Synthesis Report through the drafting, review, approval/adoption, and publication processes.
In addition, she participates in the IPCC Executive Committee as an advisory member, represents the SYR on the IPCC Communications Action Team and IPCC Operations Action Team, supports the SYR at meetings of the IPCC Financial Task Team as well as at IPCC Bureau and Panel Sessions.
Prior to working at the IPCC SYR TSU, Noemie was an Associate in the Global Climate Program at the World Resources Institute based in the London Office. Prior to that, she worked in India in the fields of climate change science and policy for 10 years, including as part of the Technical Support Unit of the Synthesis Report of the IPCC Fifth Assessment Report, based out of The Energy and Resources Institute in New Delhi.
