Geneva, 31 January 2013 – The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is pleased to announce that the government and expert review of the second order draft of the 2013 Supplement to the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories: Wetlands (Wetlands Supplement) including the first draft of its Overview Chapter will begin on 11 February 2013 and end on 7 April 2013.
