Pre - Registration

This system is to facilitate the pre-registration of delegates through the IPCC government Focal Points and IPCC accredited Observer Organizations.

As IPCC Focal Point and/or IPCC Observer Organization you should pre-register delegates using your unique credentials. The deadline for registration is Monday, 17 July 2023 (midnight CEST).  In case of difficulty, please contact the IPCC Secretariat at: ipcc-help@ipcc.ch

Visa

A valid entry visa is required for most nationals and needs to be obtained in advance. Kenya visa is only available online. A visa on arrival is no longer possible. Delegates, needing visas, are encouraged to apply online only using this link:

This is the SOLE official website to be used for applying for visas (please do not use any other website to apply for the visa). A valid passport, not expiring for at least six months from date of arrival is required for entry into Kenya.

It is the delegate’s own responsibility to obtain a visa for Kenya. The information provided herein acts only as guidance.
