Climate Change 2013: The Physical Science Basis

The Working Group I contribution to the Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) provides a comprehensive assessment of the physical science basis of climate change since 2007 when the Fourth Assessment Report (AR4) was released.

Translation of the WGI AR5 SPM TS FAQ Volume from English into the other five official languages of the United Nations was done by translators working for the WMO Language, Conference and Publishing Services Department. The assistance of scientists from the WGI chapter teams who acted as scientific translation editors for each language is gratefully acknowledged.

IPCC welcomes these initiatives but would note that the translations have been prepared under the responsibility of the respective country or institutions. In working to achieve the widest possible dissemination of IPCC knowledge, the IPCC is pleased to assist in making these translations available.
